Great concept – I can think of at least a dozen riders out of Wgtn that will be keen – suggest two master route planners a North and a South – and then let groups, clubs, provinces etc – form up into their own groups and complete the route over a recommended time, but not necessarily in parade fashion or even on the same day… but all meeting up at the Burt Monroe Ralley. This keeps the planning down to the route and and end event – whilst the accom, meals etc is up to the individuals (or specific groups)…………… we have a master planner in Wellington – be keen to turn him lose on this!
Thanks Ken, Great idea re splitting the responsibility for the route planning etc. How about convincing all HP2 owners to come along and yes let the master planner off his leach.
